Introducing: Wellness Tips with Caitlin

Each week (ahem, as regularly as possible) I’m going to release a quick, sustainable wellness tip on some aspect of wellbeing that you might want to bring into your life.

You might be asking the question: Where do these tips come from?

Answer: They are based on real conversations I have with my awesome clients on a daily basis. 

AKA: You aren’t the only one wondering how to bring more of YOU into your day. You aren’t alone and this is place you can start.

Permission, if you need it, to:

  • Start releasing some of your perfectionism to try something new (Hi, I’m a recovering perfectionist so you’re in a safe space)

  • Start small and allow these practices to grow (that’s what the science says it needs to look like to make it stick)

  • Create sustainability and FUN with these tools in your life (because you get to enjoy these changes, too!)

There’s a Chinese Proverb that says: “The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
