What You Can Expect

Coaching Calls.
3 x 60 minute calls each month. I’m the support & accountability partner you’ve been looking for. I’m here to reflect but also say the bold thing you need to make big shifts. Voxer access is included for support between calls.
Wellness & More Time.
Without wellness, possibility isn’t possible. Let’s make sure you’re taking care of you before you can take care of everyone else. That includes shifting your relationship to time so that our calls, your wellbeing & your weekly commitments are do-able.
Community.
Once a month, you also have the opportunity to join other people on a similar journey via Zoom. A safe space to share, vent & connect. If that supports you.
Changes based around your habits & lifestyle.
Habit & mindset changes based on where you are now that get you where you want to go. I’m trained in over 200 tools to tailor your experience to you.

I love to learn more about you & you get to learn more about me. Then, we’ll answer any lingering questions about me and coaching you might have and if it all feels like the right fit, we will talk next steps. That includes payment, contracts and scheduling our first call!
