Growing up - we were conditioned to believe that the more we did and the better we did the more value and worth we provided to the world.
As adults that means over scheduling and saying yes to everything and running from school to dance and soccer to have a late dinner and try to sneak in a bath once a week and do it all again the next day. Weekends are spent moving from the farmers market to music class to birthday parties with little downtime in between.
And all of this is great. We get to be grateful for it.
But what happens when we never hit the off switch? Never rest. We don't know how to rest and feel guilty when we do get a chance?
Worse even, we might pack our days on purpose, afraid about what slowing down might mean. What it might mean about us.
The cost of being on this hamster wheel can look like burnout, exhaustion and yelling at our loved ones when we don't want to but can’t stop. The cost might be sleepless nights, crying in the shower at the weight of carrying it all and a never ending shame spiral that we aren't good enough.
We've been taught that if we rest that we're lazy. That being hard on ourselves is the only way forward.
These outdated ideas keep us so busy we can't think for ourselves, so scheduled we don't know what we like to do for fun and in such survival mode that we don't even know what it's all for.

I’m Caitlin & I’m a wife, mom to three young children and a coach that’s here to tell you there’s a different way forward if you’re ready.
I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of humans like you who know there’s something bigger out there for themselves but don’t know where to start and don’t know how.

My approach in this program might be different than anything you’ve seen before because it’s built on the foundation of habit change and hope with a paradigm shift I call ReRooted.
The ReRooted framework wasn't born from a single 'aha' moment, but rather emerged as I sat with client after client who knew what they wanted to change but felt stuck in actually making those changes stick. I noticed patterns in what worked and what didn't, and began to see that sustainable transformation requires something different than what we've been taught.
ReRooted ultimately came to me as a download after years of witnessing both the struggles and breakthroughs of people just like you - people who knew they deserved more spaciousness but couldn't figure out how to create it within our culture's relentless pace.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on planning systems or mindset work, ReRooted begins with your nervous system. We start by creating safety in your body before asking you to take on new habits or make difficult decisions.
This means you'll learn simple techniques to regulate your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed - skills most of us were never taught but that change everything about how we show up in our lives.

This isn't a quick fix program because I believe in building changes that actually last. Over 9 months together, we'll move through a carefully designed curriculum that builds on itself - creating small, sustainable shifts that add up to change in how you experience your days.

Nine (9) months of Support (January - September)
Three (3) group calls per month on the first three Wednesdays of the month
One (1) x Monthly Mini-Lesson: A focused teaching on that month's topic with practical tools you can implement right away
Two (2) Group Coaching Calls Each Month: Where we address your specific challenges and celebrate wins in community
Private Community Space: For connection between calls (because transformation doesn't happen in isolation)
Implementation Guides: Simple frameworks to help you apply what you're learning without overwhelm
Nervous System Support Tools: Practices tailored to each month's focus to help you regulate when life feels chaotic
How it works: Each month follows a rhythm designed to support real change:
We start with a mini-lesson that introduces the month's focus
You'll receive simple implementation steps that you can walk away with and apply right away
We come together for coaching to work through your specific challenges & wins
You practice, experiment, fail, adjust, and grow with support from me and the community
We purposely don’t have a call the 4th week of the month to integrate before moving forward
No perfect attendance required. No keeping up with others. This is your journey at your pace, with recordings and resources available when you need them.
